The annual festival of craziness happened again this year on Church Street. There was no rain, the weather was beautifully warm, everyone was in great spirits and a wild time was had by all. Even though Halloween fell on a Monday night this year, it didn't impact the energy of the event whatsoever. I was only on the street for a little over an hour but it was long enough to get some interesting shots.
