When I visit a new city, I will frequently take one of the Hop On-Hop Off buses following the day of arrival. It's touristy, yes, but I find it provides a good grounding in a few of the city's main attractions. For many reasons, central Amsterdam does not lend itself all that well to buses, so for something really fun and different we took a photo tour of central Amsterdam. We were treated to a real delight with our wonderful guide Chris. It was a fun-filled and incredible day, winding our way through the busy streets of Amsterdam, and we came away with photos and memories to last a very long time.
