Driving The Dinosaur Trail

The Dinosaur Trail is a 48km loop that runs northwest from Drumheller and includes Highways 837 and 838. The scenery is worth the drive, as there's something to see at every turn.The Dinosaur Trail features sites such as the vast Horsethief Canyon with its picturesque views, and you can cross the Red Deer River on the Bleriot Ferry. The Orkney Viewpoint offers some fantastic views of the area's impressive canyons. Here's a few shots from our morning tour of The Dinosaur Trail.
