Absinthe Fountain
We saw this thing sitting on our neighbour's table at the restaurant and didn't know what it was. A bit of Internet sleuthing shed some light on this device: it's an absinthe fountain. When drinking absinthe, it allows for a number of drinks to be prepared at once without the need to hold a carafe over each drink.
