The Ghosts of Red Deer - "Francis Wright Galbraith"
On the northeast corner of Red Deer's City Hall Park. Galbraith became owner and editor of the Red Deer Advocate in 1906. He was also the first mayor of the newly appointed City of Red Deer in 1913.
