After finishing a late tour of the creepy underground Blair Street Vaults, we walked back to our hotel taking a number of different streets. Edinburgh felt quiet and deserted that night and it almost seemed we had the city to ourselves. Daylight hours in Edinburgh are quite long in the summer; it was after 11:00 PM when I took these shots and the sky was still a soft shade of blue.
