Greyfriars Kirk (now known as Greyfriars Tolbooth & Highland Kirk), is a parish Kirk (church) of the Church of Scotland in central Edinburgh. Building was completed sometime around 1620, and it's one of the older remaining buildings in the Old Town section of Edinburgh. The Kirk is surrounded by Greyfriars Kirkyard (graveyard), where burials have been taking place since the late 16th Century. We took a late morning stroll through both Kirk and Kirkyard.
