As part of London's southeast, Greenwich is known for its maritime history and its namesake, Greenwich Mean Time, among many other things. Greenwich contains many historic maritime buildings as well as the Cutty Sark ship, the Royal Observatory, the University of Greenwich, Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, the Royal Naval College and The Painted Hall, designed by Sir Christopher Wren. We took a wander around Greenwich on a cloudy day to take in a few of the sights.
